If your order was shipped incorrectly, or, you need to return an unused item, please contact customer service through tireoutletdirect.com contact.
In order to ensure accurate processing, all return shipments must contain a Return Authorization number on the shipping label.
Many of our products contain a manufacturer backed warranty. These warranties are extended from the manufacturer, directly to the purchaser. If your purchased item does not qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty, there are no additional warranties, express or implied by Tire Outlet Direct, including tire fitment for your vehicle or warranty of merchantability.
New returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Only new product that has not been driven on will be eligible for return.
Return credit will be issued less any freight charges. Credit will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. If payment was issued via cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item please contact Tire Outlet Direct’s customer service department attireoutletdirect.com/contact. We will create a damage claim with the shipper and make arrangements for a replacement or exchange item. All return shipments must be in the original packing and we will arrange for pickup.
To initiate a return please contact us via tireoutletdirect.com/contact. The original strapping should be intact. If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together. Each tire, even if you have strapped them, should be individually labeled with your return address and destination address. Please make sure to tape the Return Authorization document securely on the tire.
